	Book sale sounds like it's at the HPB warehouse...might be like Nixon showing up at the Democratic Convention in '68. Maybe afterwards somewhere close by? Ballard is about 5 minutes from there.

The entry came from that. There were some less than good feelings surrounding my departure from half price books on both sides of the thing. It was over a year ago though. At some point yesterday while I was talking to lothealian my desire to see my friend overwhelmed any irrational fear I had of the HPB warehouse and I said...let's go. Six was there, so she came too. Loretta was working. Girl needs to learn to slack a bit, but, ya know, whatever floats your boat. I did the workaholic thing more than once. She and I got to talk quite a bit while she was working, but she was moving all the time. It felt kinda like I was getting little bits of my friend at every stop , and managing to not give her any reason to add me to her worry list. We centered our friendship pretty well by the time we were ready to leave. I felt better in an overall sense leaving there than I have in some time. I need to keep my head on straight where my friend Loretta is concerned, and having even shadows of doubt about our friendship is not condusive to the brain being in the straight position. And besides.....she's so darn cute :)ok...end of explanation
